This tiny freeware utility shut down or reboot your computer after specified
amount of time. Usually this is used when you burn CDs or encode something.
Especially for CD burning, Timed Shutdown have a feature that closes CD tray, as
many CD burners open it after the work is done.
This program succesfully shuts down both Windows 95 workstations and Windows
Server 2003.

Note 2: in most cases it's enough to use windows internal program
shutdown.exe. In command prompt, type "shutdown /?" to see it's
